Paramedical Pre & Post Care

To ensure the best possible outcome it is imperative that you read and understand the requirements for pre and post care.

Camouflage & Inkless Pre- Care

For best results it is highly recommended to have 1-3 LED Light Therapy treatments (Depending on the condition of the skin) to prepare the the skin prior to treatment.

Appointments can be lengthy please ensure you are hydrated and have eaten you are welcome to bring headphones to your appointment.

Ensure that you wear loose clean clothing to your appointment. Also please ensure you sleep in clean bedding.

Avoid alcohol, caffeine and for ibuprofen 24 hours prior.

Avoid fish oil and krill oil for 1 week unless specified by a doctor.

Please do not tan or use fake tan prior. For best colour matching please come in your natural coloured state 

If you are a diabetic or have any other serious conditions please refer to your doctor for a letter of consent 

Purchase Bepanthan and Antibacterial Soap to apply as aftercare.

You cannot be tattooed if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, keloid scar with the exception of atrophic (raised) scar. If you are on a course of Roaccutane you must be wait 12 months.

Please do not apply anesthetic.

Camouflage & Inkless Aftercare

The area will be swollen for 24-72 hours post procedure.

You must keep the area clean during healing, wash the skin in antibacterial soap apply Bepanthan twice a day after showering.

No Swimming, Saunas or excessive sweating for 7 days. 

You must avoid direct sunlight on the area for 4 weeks and apply sunscreen regularly.

Areola Nipple Tattoo Aftercare

Please do not apply anesthetic to the area

Please ensure you wear loose fitting comfortable clothing

Tegerderm clearfilm will be applied to area, please keep these on for a minimum 5 days. Please shower facing away from the spray in a mildly warm temperature.
